Bilingualism as a Superpower: The Value of Language in the Global Workplace

The Diversity of Latinidad

In today’s interconnected, global workplace, language is more than a means of communication: It’s a powerful professional tool. Join Avery Dennison leaders Esteban Garcia, Yokasta Merchak, and Charli Montesino for an engaging conversation on how bilingualism and multilingualism can drive collaboration, strengthen cross-cultural relationships, and open doors to new career opportunities. They’ll share real-world examples of how their language skills have helped them lead inclusive teams, build global partnerships, and navigate complex business environments with confidence. Whether you’re fluent in multiple languages or just starting your journey, this session will offer practical insights on turning linguistic skills into a strategic advantage.
